Frequently asked questions

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

Unless an event is cancelled or for other reasons as required by NZ law, ticket purchases are not refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Renum acts as an independent ticketing agent for New Zealand event organisers. We don’t own, manage or have decision-making power over the events for which we provide ticketing services.
